No, Mandrake can be used as a server or a workstation; It depends on how you
set it up. In fact, the stock Apache that comes with Mandrake has a lot of
tweaking and patching already done to it - sort of like a souped up version.
Although of the distributions that I have tried, Mandrake is the most
workstation friendly (inho).
