For a reverse-engineered filter, its quite good already and still improving, but then MS seems to add a lot of features to its sgml with every new version of office coming out. As for having MS Office on Linux, in a positive POV, it only shows how software gets commoditized and pundits predict that MS will go back to its software development roots rather than try to hold the OS market or else, it'll just lose a lot of R&D money on it. So it's really a market push and MS trying to hold on till it can (although this won't happen in the immediate future).
