Just to add, since I wrote my reply at 3AM (woke up suddenly), even LTS does not go up to the standards of many, it doesn't mean that you cannot make it work for you; that is, contribute to the development of future versions. It's all about making your issues matter to the general community and advocate it as a must "have" to be enterprise usable.
