Hi Harish,
I'm not sure how the Committee on ICT of the House
of Representaives will react on this, but imho, i
think it is good if someone outside the Philippines
can comment on the bill, positive or otherwise.
Especially if you can cite or provide international
perspectives and/or experiences with regard to the
adoption of FOSS.
