(Me using a SmartBro connection right now at a client here in Pasay) No special configuration is required. As long as your hardware is supported, it should work. Were you given the username and password for his SmartBro connection? Once you try to browse to any website, the SmartBro captive portal would intercept your request and force you to login. Then you'd have to deactivate your wireless interface upon successful authentication and activate it again for the connection to work. -- Paolo Alexis Falcone [EMAIL PROTECTED] _________________________________________________ Philippine Linux Users' Group (PLUG) Mailing List [email protected] (#PLUG @ irc.free.net.ph) Read the Guidelines: http://linux.org.ph/lists Searchable Archives: http://archives.free.net.ph
