How about barcode tattoo? ;-P Anyways, I've been searching the net for apps that would fit my need. I have found a Gnu App that could print barcodes... and some are just linux drivers. Maybe there's a complete set out there: create barcode from db, print, read off barcode reader, compare with db, result.

That's why biometric (fingerprint) is the way to go. Those things are cheap now!
