You will have to spend a lot of time if you want to fiddle with Linux.
Photoshop is not available in Linux.
The other graphic tools are GIMP and Corel Photopaint and you may buy (I
don't know where Corel Draw!)
If great graphics is your life, I don't think Linux will meet all your needs for now.
If you are only learning linux now it will take time.
