There. Then no pure BSD questions in _any_ PLUG mailing list, is what I
propose. Linux-BSD interoperability issues are okay, as Linux-Windows
interoperability issues are welcome, too, but I doubt we should explicitly
(or implicitly) allow pure BSD questions, with or without 'OFF-TOPIC' in
their subjects.
