Lay it out in the clear, gentlemen.  How much will be the membership 
fee?  Will it be annually? What are the duties and responsibilities?

Count me in.  I'd like to see Linux in the schools, gov't offices, 
non-profit orgs, SME's especially in Bacolod and Negros.

BTW, I'm in Bangkok but I'll try to do my best to support PLUG the 
org.  I'm just waiting to see a consensus.
