afaik, there are commercials one like surfcontrol but for windows.

why don't you start off with a block all sites first then slowly allow
sites that are deemed necessary.  that way you know you have covered
everything and that you have a list of sites which you've allowed access
to.  that's how i managed our proxy/firewall before my ex-boss
discovered surfcontrol.
