1. Your version of portslave will NOT run on kernel 2.4.9-13 -> remedy: get the latest portslave from portslave.sourceforge.net
2. Did you set /etc/inittab to spawn portslave on ttyS0? 3. You results below only said that your radius server is working. The portslave part you have yet to isolate and troubleshoot.
