What do you mean Logon Time?  The time the user can logon into the system
or the time he should remain online per session?

Radius will get users either from the ones in /etc/raddb/users or from
/etc/passwd; if you need database driven users, then you need a special
radius for that like ICRADIUS, or Q-Linux's quick-r or our own qradius.
