I do have something with a DVI output - the docking station for my old Thinkpad. The Thinkpad itself just has a VGA output, but the docking station has both VGA and DVI. But just now I tried it and got no results. I think the problem is that the Thinkpad is configured for just one screen and I can't find any way to change it, or to send its one screen to the docking station. Oh well. It's bedtime.
