Okay, how does everyone feel about this (jump down to summary to skip the
verbose explanation):

- I will create a plug-jobs list. On that list will go all the crappy posts
from recruiters who don't know any better. I'll set up a moderation queue and
approve anything that doesn't look like obvious spam. No discussion, just raw
unedited job postings sent to 'jobs at plug.'

- On the main list, for those that know what the score is, post your job
listings (bad posts subjected to group humiliation and 50 post flame threads).

If you want to see all job listings, you'll need to hop on both lists (or just
read the archives). If you want only job listings posted by members, they will
still show up on the main list like they have for over a decade. If you enjoy
reading material that makes your eyes fall our of their sockets and melt in to
pools of liquid, join just the jobs list.

Recruiters will still be denied access to the website and LinkedIN group
unless they can, like Robert, show a willingness to actually participate. I'll
do my best to filter. As I hear from recruiters I may, from time to time, post
something to the main list if a job posting seems especially good or the
company needs extra help, etc.

Summary:
- General crap goes to plug-jobs.
- Premium and member posted listings go to main plug.
- Recruiters only welcome if they actually participate.

Does that work for everyone?
