I deleted everything, preferences and all. I even examined the registry! I've no idea what 'arch' means but:
Windows 10, 64bit AMD Dual Core Processor, 4850e, 2.50Ghz Installed RAM: 4gb (3.50gb usable) I've tried to add RAM loads of times but the Gigabyte motherboard has a problem with anything but what I've got.
