Very likely the Xiaomi is not and official airplay device, so it uses Shairport. In that case, you must enable encryption in the plugin settings (make that only for these speakers, i.e. select the speaker in the drop down list, do not set that for 'common' parameters LMS 7.7, 7.8 and 7.9 - 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB2.
