Paul, when I did the OS re-install I moved the Mac from its location and switch and plugged it in to the router (along with Monitor, mouse and keyboard).
The plugin would still not install. I have re positioned the Mac (running headless) and it still won't install. If I click on the link in the above post, #118, (Desktop, Windows 10 pro) the file downloads, it downloads if I do the same on the Mac, either by a direct connection or VPN. I have a iMac running El Capitan (I think) I'll try installing LMS on that when I have time and see what happens. The plugin downloads and installs on a Joggler and the new rpi3b+ (raspbian) without a problem.
