Well, Michael, lt's just like me then :p.

The problem is that my USB dac will only work with Mac OS up to
Yosemite.

It worked fine with

as I posted (#107) on Feb 28th.

Before I posted then I had check the Socket thing and Perl version and
both were OK.

I then decided to re-install the OS and the new version

The log says it is timing out.
If I left click on the link in the log I can download the file.

The Plugin was updated between the two dates.

Paul advised me on a manual install, but it does not work

Is this the correct procedure? I can use curl for the download or just
click the link and drag the file into the correct folder.

Any advise is most appreciated.
