OpenSSL underpins the Perl security stuff.  HTTPS security has gone from
SSLv1, SSLv2,SSLv3, TSLv1, TSLV1.2 and TSLV1.3.
I think OpenSSL 1.0 may only have SSL and no TSL stuff. I tried to test
the radioplayer site SSLv3 but it is not included in my 1.1.1 Sep 2018.
Many sites no longer allow SSL to be used. It's possible that is the
reason. You may come across this issue more often with other 
sites.

Remote editing a Linux file on Windows may result in incorrect "line
endings".  I'll supply the changed file if required.
