The 'Live Stream' and 'On Demand Stream Preference' are both set to
DASH>HLS>MP3>FlashAAC. The technical info on the playing screen shows
'320kbps VBR, AAC'.

I do have 'Delay to start live stream' set to 'no delay', and yes, the
delay goes back to zero if I restart the stream.
