I'm still sticking with the 4.4 plugin at the moment, as the reported issues with ReplayGain would seem to make 4.5 a backward step for me. I'm also using Ogg->FLAC conversion on the server, and this seems to result in RG working well enough for me with 4.4 (it did not work in 4.4 using the native Ogg support).
