OK, I've put the previous version of SCPowerTool back up at the head of
this thread:

Try that version and report back if the computer stays hibernated or
not.  Also, please post the SCPowerTool log.  This should be
SCPowerTool.log and should be located in the same directory that you
put SCPowerTool.exe.
