Regarding Database Query, try some of the existing templates, if you
feel it's what you like and that's the route you like to take, I'll add
a new template for playlists. If you find that Album Catalog Creator
cover your needs, I'll just put a playlist template on the todo list
for some future release of Database Query plugin.
Also, Database Query are missing some links in the Default skin, so to
be able to create new queries(reports) you need to temporary use the
Classic skin to make the "Create new data query" link in the Database
Query plugin menu accessible.
