If you are using MusicIP you might be to
1. Export ratings from TrackStat to MusicIP using Custom Scan
2. Change the ratings in MusicIP
3. Import the ratings from MusicIP to TrackStat using Custom Scan
Just remember to make sure you have a TrackStat backup before you start
if you like to go back if it doesn't work.
