You'll need to put the lirc file in the right place on the server (same folder as your existing one) create a new <remote> section in your xml to reference the new lirc file and then you can use it in your <action> blocks in exactly the same way. The learned lirc files look very different to the "normal" ones but that's normal. Each remote and command still has a name within the lirc file and that's what SqueezeIR needs. I have found learned codes to be a bit hit-and-miss but you may as well try it.
