sure. Most learning software doesn't capture the modulation frequency
and in these cases lirc defaults to 38000Hz. SqueezeIR does likewise.
For most ir protocols this is fine but not for B&O. So all you need to
do is add this line into the header section of the lirc file (somewhere
between 'begin remote' and 'begin raw_codes'):

I am somewhat surprised at the difference in performance between the
two applets as I always thought the Controller hardware could only
manage about 35-40kHz. I also always thought that higher frequencies
were MORE directional which is why your satellite dish needs to be
perfectly aligned whereas FM can be picked up with a bent coathanger -
I may be wrong though!
