Hi! Well, the thing is, as you might see I'm not a first time user of
SBs... I know one is not supposed to touch convert.conf. I definitely
don't want to do that.
BUT
To give you an example. If this line is in convert.conf
flc mp3 * *
# FB:{BITRATE=--abr
%B}T:{START=--skip=%t}U:{END=--until=%v}D:{RESAMPLE=--resample %D}
[flac] -dcs $START$ $END$ -- $FILE$ | [lame] --silent -q $QUALITY$
$RESAMPLE$ $BITRATE$ - -
And this line is in custom-convert.conf:
flc mp3 * 00:04:20:12:46:0b
#
F:{PATH=%f}T:{START=--skip=%t}U:{END=--until=%v}D:{RESAMPLE=--resample
%D}
[flac] -dcs $START$ $END$ -- $FILE$ | [ffmpeg] -loglevel quiet -i - -f
mp3 -aq 2 -ac 2 -
The first line prevails and stuff is converted through LAME, leading to
white noise as is normal.
If I rem out those three lines in convert.conf, everything goes right.
>From all the literature, the lines in custom-convert.conf should have
precedence, but the opposite happens.
