Lani raised a skeptical eyebrow at Danae. Clearly there was more than she
was telling. "I just transferred here from the Tokyo House." she answered.
Lani didn't ask what had happened. She could find that out on her own. "Well,
I'm going to run a few miles. I don't suppose you two want to join me?" she
asked, eager to get her daily exercise in. After she ran, she would see what
she could dig up on her personal laptop on the information she sought.
