Derek sipped his ocffee and watched the girl leave.  When he was sure she
was out of ear shot he spoke again.  "Are you planning to leave the girl
here or take her with you. I was under the impression that you brought her
here because you didn't think she'd be safe at your house."  This was
Derek's subtle way of reminding Rachel that a dead body had vanished right
next door to where she lived.
