Sam:
Samantha frowned slightly for a moment, but gave Julia a pleasant enough
look. Though, she hadn't been asking the other woman and she was more
concerned with "interests" like art or music as opposed to what he wanted
right that second. After teh woman left she looked at her friend. "I
tried, the girl refused to sit where I put her," she commented softly. "But
since Milo lives out there, I'm sure I can get his number from you." She
grinned at her friend. "I wonder how often SHE"S home. Maybe I'll get
lucky and she'll have an apartment elsewhere or something." Julia seemed
nice enough, but Sam found that the woman was getting on her nerves for some
reason. Probably because she plopped herself down on the arm of Derek's
chair like some kind of a guard dog. Then again, it could have just been
Sam's usually nature, when she went after a guy, she didn't much care for
people being in the way, whether they be business associates or friends.
Sam grabbed her own purse and followed Reese outside. "You drive okay?"
