"I don't think I've ever run across anything like this before.  Where on earth did you find it?"  She looked back at the artifact, which seemed to almost beckon to the women.  With a bit of unease, Kriten shifted in her chair.  "The feeling?  How could anyone not feel this?  It's an almost tangible feeling..."     "It's total myth - or was until it was found in a pharoh's tomb that was also considered to be a myth.  King Seti's son, brother to Nefertiti and buried without a name because of the crimes committed against his sister and land."   "This." she nodded at the artifact "Is literally the giver of life to the undead.  It's said to house the original Vampire's everlasting soul."   "Once unsealed and used, it can bring back the most ancient of the undead."   Claire swallowed "The guy that sent it to me died not even two hours after sending it.  Brady and I have been moving non stop.  Whoever killed him... he's here and after us."   She looked at Kristen "I couldn't risk mailing or sending it to you.  Whoever is after this is willing to kill anyone to get it and, well... I don't know the first thing about packing or transporting something like this."   "And if whoever is after this finds out me or Brady has it.. our friends could be put in danger.  We have to protect them."
