Derek raised an eyebrow at his friend.  "Why?  Have you turned profit
without telling me Father?"  He smiled slightly at his friend.  "Perhaps you
should sit down," he offered.

Philip took the suggestion and sat in the couch opposite them.  He smiled at
what Derek said and shook his head "No, jus' doin my job in reading people
but doing it in hind sight instead of present tense."

He looked at Julia and the expression turned even more sheepish "I was
looking for the relish when I found pills."
