"If it's part of your job I shouldn't have to," Derek told him.  He then
turned his dark eyes on Julia giving her a good natured smile.

"I'll try to get used to it, but at some point I am going to be right
myself."  He was actually thankful for the interruption, it gave him time to
collect his thoughts.  Turning back to Philip, he shifted slightly in his
chair.  "I'm afraid you did...however since you are here we should probably
discuss the matter with you, at least to some degree."

"It's your job te seek council as well, Derek." Philip countered, not about
to get the blame for that one and both men knowing it probably wouldn't have
happened anyway with the way Derek was usually a private person to begin
with.

Philip's grin turned curious "Discuss? Alright, what is there te discuss to
a degree?"
