"Yer very welcome." Philip smiled and returned the gesture, whispering
something in her ear before straightening and speaking to Derek "An' don't
think I haven't noticed ye skipped out on the classes, bu' we'll deal with
that later."

He waved at them both and left, chuckling under his breath.


Julia smiled to herself and then turned to Derek, her cheeks and ears a
light shade of pink and her gaze ducked as she thought about what Philip had
said.  She then raised her gaze until she was meeting Derek's.

"I'm sorry.." she murmured, her thoughts moving to what had happened minutes
ago and knowing she did her own amount of screwing up.
