Looking in the direction Philip had nodded to,
Kristin couldn't help
but laugh. "I think you're right. And I think
she's giving Nick a run
for his money...and he doesn't even know it yet."
Amber sat, listening to the conversation Philip and
Kristin were having. She looked at the table that
Kristin and Philip seemed to be refering to and
couldn't help but notice the girl.
"Who's that little girl?" she asked Kristin. She
couldn't help but relate to something she saw in the
girl, something she also saw in herself.
Kristin didn't have to turn around again to know who it was that
Amber was asking about. "That's Kat Corrigan; she's Rachel's daughter.
Rachel isn't feeling too well, so she's back at the House, but Kat was
Julia's flower girl." Looking specutively at Amber, Kristin smiled.
"I think you'll like meeting her." she knew that it would be good for
Amber to meet someone that was in a similar position that she had experienced.
