Further test:
win.hex("-2147483648") = win.hex(0-1-2147483647) -> 80000000
win.hex("-2147483647") = win.hex(0-2147483647) -> 80000001
...
win.hex("-1") = win.hex(0-1) -> ffffffff
So, win.hex() can handle both "signed" and "unsigned" integers.
