You mean 5 altogether or 5 at once?
I see lots of entries there when starting programs e.g. I also 
remember someone had a delay for a bar hiding after a program start. 
I see the same effect here.

No, default for left-click.

There are other buttons on the bar before the active buttons. They 
become unresposive as well then. Buttons are skinned and also show 
no reaction on mousedown anymore. Also no tooltips showing. The 
complete bar is sort of disabled.
