You mean 5 altogether or 5 at once? I see lots of entries there when starting programs e.g. I also remember someone had a delay for a bar hiding after a program start. Buttons are skinned and also show no reaction on mousedown anymore. Also no tooltips showing. The complete bar is sort of disabled.
