My Laptop is from Medion, but it is quite the same as the MSI S270. It
has a Radeon XPress 200M graphic card inside, I think it's discrete.
s2ram -i:
     sys_product  = "SAM2000"
     sys_version  = "0131"
     bios_version = "A1013AM7 V3.70"

Funny thing is, with 2.6.23-rc8-hrt1 my CPU never leaves C0 even with

It's a single core, AMD Turion(tm) 64 Mobile Technology ML-30.

Time: tsc clocksource has been installed.
Marking TSC unstable due to: cpufreq changes.
Clocksource tsc unstable (delta = -108470834 ns)
