Thanks, it seems there are quite a few things that share interrupts:
CPU0
0: 85922 local-APIC-edge-fasteoi timer
1: 9032 IO-APIC-edge i8042
8: 0 IO-APIC-edge rtc0
12: 92754 IO-APIC-edge i8042
14: 17478 IO-APIC-edge libata
15: 127 IO-APIC-edge libata
16: 3202 IO-APIC-fasteoi ohci_hcd:usb1, ohci_hcd:usb2,
ehci_hcd:usb3
18: 113777 IO-APIC-fasteoi ATI IXP, [EMAIL PROTECTED]:0000:01:05.0
20: 798 IO-APIC-fasteoi eth0
21: 5254 IO-APIC-fasteoi acpi
22: 21958 IO-APIC-fasteoi 0000:02:09.0
NMI: 0
LOC: 525322
ERR: 2
MIS: 0
I tried blacklisting the USB-Stuff already so it must be ATI IXP,
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:0000:01:05.0 (hopefully!). I guess ATI IXP is my soundcard,
so I'll try to disable that next.
One weird thing I noticed, while powertop shows me that my system is in
C0 with 80k wakeups/s, cat /proc/acpi/processor/CPU1/power tells me it
is in C2/C3:
active state: C3
max_cstate: C8
bus master activity: 00000000
maximum allowed latency: 6666 usec
states:
C1: type[C1] promotion[C2] demotion[--]
latency[000] usage[00032610] duration[00000000000000000000]
C2: type[C2] promotion[C3] demotion[C1]
latency[085] usage[60251929] duration[00000000002336913920]
*C3: type[C3] promotion[--] demotion[C2]
latency[850] usage[10684779] duration[00000000000000000000]
Now that is weird, isn't it? My Laptop is obviously in C0 cause the fan
is running, so powertop must be right.
