Ray,

I have worked for a couple of manufacturers and when they cannot deliver, it
creates problems for both the mfgr and the reseller. It is obviously not
MacZone's fault that VST cannot deliver. Blaming Zone does not get at the
core of the problem - which is VST can't deliver. Zone has done their job by
confirming that they received your order and that they have all of your
information to process the order.
Assuming that assigning blame is important to you, it lies with VST and not
with those businesses who sell this particular product. Why does Zone's
suggestion to you to contact VST seem unreasonable?
