Actually, Egghead sold as much of themselves as they could...they're pretty
much out of business, the end to the slow slide started when they had to close
all of their stores. It's funny...the very first box of floppy disks I got for
my very first Mac (about '88 or so) came from Egghead...they're still good,
too.

It is too bad, Onsale was a decent place to get stuff once upon a time...a
co-worker still has one of those DEC Alpha-stations they were selling a long
time ago.

Gad this is making me think of long-lost stores and mail-order places...anyone
_else_ here remember DAK? (I have some speakers, a boombox and a bread maker
from them...all still working, btw...)
