Whoa!
I've shopped Fry's in both the Bay Area and in Oregon. Most of the
merchandise is opened, and even with the stickers that claimed that all the
components are inside the box, __don't believe it__.
I only shop at Fry's if they are very low and I know the item will work, and
the item is factory sealed.
There merchandise is in disarray on the shelves and the sales people are
generally without a clue. They are overstaffed. They are in it for the volume
sales, not service. Returns are sometimes difficult and if you have a real
problem, forget it.
I will hardly shop them in person, and would definately not shop them on
line, where they can be more impersonal and hard to pin down.
Just my personal experiences.
