Digikey sells a 36 MHz part of the same size, part # SE4829CT-ND (I 
order a lot of stuff from there).
I wouldnt try much higher than that.  Those 603 get really hot.  Now 
if you could discover where the bus-to-CPU ratio is set, you could 
crank the bus up and lower the ratio for the CPU.
