There's a link to them on Marc's site--it's Marc's and friends' company. They have loose oscillators. I found their prices to be comparable or lower than Digi-Key's and Digi-Key has a $5 surcharge on orders under $25. Don't get me wrong; I love Digi-Key. I'm addicted to Digi-Key, but you might save a few bucks ordering from Output Enablers, if they're still doing business. The impression I had (it's been years since I ordered from them) is that they bought large (cheap) quantities of the parts that anyone might need and then resold them individually, which is basically what Digi-Key does too.
