I'll say here what I've said all along.  They
developed NiMH to replace NiCD becasue of the "memory"
that NiCD's would hold.  NiMH was not SUPPOSED to hold
"memory" and most places will tell you that they
don't.  Frankly, I think thats a lot of bunk.  Based
on experience (servicing hundreds of different
laptops) NiMH DOES hold "memory"  not quite as bad as
NiCD did, but it holds it nonetheless.  I always tried
to completely drain my NiMH batteries at least once
every week or two to keep them fresh and operating at
100% efficiency.

I know, I know... plenty of technical sources will
tell you that they don't. But my experience shows
different, and thats what I'll believe ;-)
