Notice how I carefully skirted that issue ;-)  Then
you had to go and force it out of me!

Well, again, I'd have to say that I have seen Li-ion's
with memory characteristics...  Usually a full
discharge and a parallel cycling will return them to
full function.  

Here again, the Li-ion was an improvement over the
NiMH (mainly for battery life, not for memory) but I
again see an improvement over NiMH as far as memory
goes, but I wouldn't go so far as to say they don't
have memroy issues.  Again, this is just based on my
experiences.  The issues I have seen with Li-ion's,
however, have been few and far between...
