Well, close... No, I mean fully discharging the battery by letting it drain from naturla use, then, fully charging the battery. When the battery shows that it has a full charge, leave the unit plugged in, but remove the battery, hold it in your hand for 30 seconds, then put it back in. The unit will recognize the battery, but show it as not fully charged and begin charging it again. Repeat this process 2-6 times depending on how much life you've lost, and on the final time, boot the machine up on battery power and run it through a full cycle seeing how long the battery lasts and fully discharging it again.
