The file is called "PowerBook 3400/G3 Modem" and the easiest way for me 
to get it has been to use Tomeviewer to extract it from the installer 
tome. Yes, this is for the modem _and_ ethernet. The icon even has little 
phone and enet symbols on it.

I'm curious if the model-specific installers (ie: _not_ PB3400 specific) 
include that file in their tomes . . . too lazy to look right now though.
