BookEndz device for the 3400.

Worth having ???

If you plan to frequently connect and disconnect your PB from an array of peripherals, then yes, the BookEndz is a very handy accessory. It functions as a "dock".

Subject: 3400c BookEndz Question

I just bought a PowerBook 3400c (240 MHz) on the LEM
SWAP List and am waiting for delivery. I asked about a
Apple PowerBook case for it on the SWAP list and
received back, instead, an offer of a new boxed
BookEndz device for the 3400.

Is this an accessory that I should invest in ???

I researched the internet and found that they were
quite pricey when new (Macworld review said they were
a dubious value at that price) and I searched
Completed Items on eBay and found that the 3400
BookEndz sells for about $13.00 plus postage when it
can get a bid.

Worth having ???
