Hi With the video /ethernet card.
There should be a dongle that attaches to the rear next to the scsi port if the connector fits into the book then chances are it is just a monitor connector. But if the connector sits out and clips on with hooks at either end chances are you just need to find the dongle . Also check your apple talk folder, if you have ethernet as one of the choices that�s another way to tell as the 5300 has no built in ethernet. so for it to be a choice the drivers must have been loaded and the hardware there for it to see.
